Before his trip, I made a list of items Fabrice should taste. This being only his second visit to the US, I wanted to introduce him to some of my favorite treats and things traditionally labeled as “American”. Having the same love affair with food that I do, I thought he’d really enjoy these new experiences. But it seems I was a tiny bit mistaken.
