Rockhill Creamery tucked into a small town in Northern Utah is a small dairy/cheese maker run by Pete and Jennifer. Each day Pete milks their six Brown Swiss cows: Chloe (the princess), Elsie, Ingrid (the boss), Ingrid, Heide, Greta and Iggy. Jennifer then takes that milk and with a lot of know-how and a little magic, turns it into some incredible cheese.
After making cheese, I'll never look at a slice of cheese the same way again! In Portland you can sample Rockhill Creamery's cheese at The Cheese Bar and Paley's Place.
