Take a visual tour of the things I see (and eat) each week, but only if you dare. If you have a queasy stomach or don't like graphic pictures, perhaps you'd like to skip the new photos I've just posted!

From now on, I am serving everything inside a pig bladder. Seriously, I think popping my meal in front of guests (and splattering them with whatever concoction of juices has collected) adds a certain alien-esque entertainment factor to the entire evening.

Tse: I'm relieved to know that you actually find some of this, ahhhh, icky. Not all French take pleasure in consuming your display. On my first trip to France, my friend Helene, with whom I stayed, asked if there was something I did not eat. I said "tripe." H. made a face and shook her head and said she couldn't stand it. I did have pigs blood sausage that her boyfriend prepared and it was tasty...but H. would not eat it.

I'm glad this is almost over for you.
