It’s hot here in Paris. So hot I think part of me is going to melt off and fall into one of the dishes I make in class. I guess that wouldn’t be so bad – hopefully it would add some flavor to the dish! The bad part is that the uniform feels like a winter coat, and by the end of class, I’m dripping with perspiration.
