Next month, I will be joining the ranks of the illustrious 5th Floor Club. No this is nothing like the mile high club, in case you were wondering. In a strange twist of fate, several members of Group A happen to live on the 5th floor of their buildings – Lani, Ashley, Dominique and Sergio.

The French love their wine. And when I say love, I mean LOVE. It’s rare that one can find wine from another country – although a few do sneak in now and then. The French love wine so much that they’ve created a governing body to protect its very essence.

I'm Hot

It’s hot here in Paris. So hot I think part of me is going to melt off and fall into one of the dishes I make in class. I guess that wouldn’t be so bad – hopefully it would add some flavor to the dish! The bad part is that the uniform feels like a winter coat, and by the end of class, I’m dripping with perspiration.
