Sigh…. While waiting for an appointment yesterday, I read a New York Times article on my iPhone that made my blood boil. Evidently the Food Network is starting a new network called the Cooking Channel. While I appreciate that they’re trying to appeal to a younger crowd, I have a fundamental problem with what they’re promoting.

Sometimes I get chocolate cravings - which is odd since I'm not a big chocolate fan. But when dark chocolate comes in the form of mousse, I'm willing to change my tune.
