While I love true whipped creame using Heavy whipping creme with sugar and egg whites, I also enjoy 'Cool Whip' from the freezer. But your point is valid.

Great video - love the whole foods filming.

Come to chicago and cook/bake for us.

Super video! I am so hungry now! We were talking about cooking up some salmon tonight, but I think we'll have to settle for tilapia. It's hard to get a good piece of fish these days in Connecticut without taking out a second mortgage, and nobody's lending! BTW, your kitchen looks great! Best holiday wishes and good health to you!
