In January, I'll be teaching two classes at Sur La Table's Pearl District store. If you want to learn perfect roasted chicken with pan jus, roasted garlic mashed potatoes, and lavender creme brulee, then perhaps the French Bistro class is for you.

Both classes are hands-on, and Sur La Table provides the knives and aprons. All you have to show up, drink a little wine, and have fun whipping up delightful dishes. Classes are limited to 16 people and go fast.
