Boyfried

Here I am kissing my new boyfriend. Yes, I agree that he's not the prettiest, but he's mine. His name is John Dory and I turned him into six filets in no time.

John Dory

Here is John cooked up with some turmeric and tandoori spices. He's served with spinach, wild rice and a fabulous mango/papaya sauce.

Rum Cake

This cake reminded me of a giant glazed Twinkie. It's a light cake, soaked in an orange syrup and spiked with rum. The whole thing is then covered in pastry cream and whip cream. I gave this one away!

Lamb Chops

These lamb chops have a mushroom/onion/ham/truffle crust and are served with green beans wrapped with bacon, artichoke chips and a lamb reduction. I actually took this one home and ate most of it! I'd make this recipe again in a heartbeat.
