Fish Guts
Saturday night several of us got together to practice for our finals next week. As part of the test, we have to filet two fish. Pulling out fish innards is like putting your hand in a bowl of vanilla pudding and squishing it through your fingers. Fun!

Filets
Patience. You have to go very slow when fileting so you don't leave any meat on the bone. We will be graded by how well we filet, how much meat we leave on the bones and how well we skin each filet.
